Rosalia
Rosalia Vila is an Spanish pop and flamenco singer. Since her teenage years she has been active in pop music as well as flamenco. In addition, she explores different categories like hip-hop and Trap. Pepe Habichuela Flamenco guitarist who is a star, describes her voice in a way that was sweet and had an old-fashioned sound. Following her debut album Los Angeles garnered attention from the U.S. public and earned the singer a Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist the follow-up album for 2018 El Mal Querer was a significant commercial and critical success that topped Billboard's Latin Pop Albums chart and ultimately earning a Grammy. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd came out in 2021. Motomami is her third album was a collaboration with songwriting partners Cory Henry, James Blake along with other artists. The album was released on the 20th March in 2022 following the performance by Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was the first Spanish singer to perform solo on the program. In addition to winning three more Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia also became the first female to be awarded this award twice. Latin Album of the Year twice.
